How come your stethoscopes are so much cheaper than the competition? Can they really compete?

We don't think they are cheaper than the competition. They're just more realistically priced. As we passionately believe that access to learning and providing excellent diagnostics should be affordable to everyone from student to consultant, we price our products more fairly than our competitors. (We also share the profits with people who refer us to their colleagues/friends! See here for more info.)

Our stethoscopes absolutely can compete with the competition! In fact, we believe our stethoscopes to be at least as good.

What is the 'Join us!' tab for?

Does the Master Stethoscope contain Latex?

No.

Can I engrave my Master Stethoscope?

Yes, though it is not a service that we offer. (Yet!)

How should I clean my Master Stethoscope?

We recommend cleaning your stethoscope between patient contact with at least 70% isopropyl alcohol. Standard hospital disinfection wipes are fine, too.

How do I get spare parts?

Every stethoscope comes with a replacement diaphragm and replacement ear buds. If you need more, please get in contact with us via the page here.

I can't hear anything through my stethoscope. What's wrong?

Make sure that the head is twisted to the right side, the diaphragm has a good contact with the skin, that there are no foreign bodies in the earbuds, and that there are no breaks in the tube. Also be sure to have the earbuds making a good seal in your ears.
